I booked back in November for my January graduation, so I thought I had sorted out a place well ahead of time. Then, close to the date, they gave my room to someone else, and now everything is full. I still haven't found anywhere to stay. What was the point of booking early? When I called, they said rooms were available before and after graduation, but full on the day itself. They also told Booking.com there was a water leak, though they didn't mention any room issue to me. They should have called the person who booked before cancelling. This is completely unacceptable. I took a chance despite the low Booking.com rating, and I can see why it has only 3 stars on both Google and Booking.com.

I had a booking, but when I got there I couldn't reach anyone or get into the building.

The bed was really comfortable, and the place was clean and looked new.

That bed was great, brand new and felt just like one in a five-star hotel.
