The room was really clean, and it's a good hotel.

The room was clean and had everything, though the lighting inside is sparse. There's no dim setting, so switching the lights off leaves the room very dark. The area by the elevator is dim too. Parking is outdoors, and a 7-11 is close enough to walk to. The guards are helpful and give good advice. The rooms, hotel, and apartments are all combined. For the star level, I think the price could be a little lower.

There's plenty of parking, and it doesn't feel crowded. The room is spacious, security is good, and the location is convenient. The price is reasonable, and the pool is free to use.

The location is convenient, with a 7-Eleven and food nearby, though teenagers and adults often drive noisily around here. The rent isn't cheap for the amenities, and I'd like to see the apartment improved. The room itself has a bed and dressing table, but no fridge, TV, or kitchenette. It's not very soundproof, and anyone sensitive to cigarette smoke or port should know there are many smokers. There's no washing machine in the basement, and parking under the building costs extra. Packages are often stolen. Outsiders have to exchange ID cards with the entrance guard, so I suspect the thieves are residents. The package area has no CCTV, and parcels for buildings A, B, and C are left in a jumble without large signs showing where they belong. If something goes missing, the guards say they know nothing, and management takes no responsibility. The ground floor door in building C doesn't shut properly. The garbage room is separate but very dirty. Large bins in each building covered with big black bags would make disposal cleaner. The One Hotel security guard said the pool and fitness center were only for apartment residents to use once because they belong to the hotel.
