At Sea Condominium

We're back at AT SEA for a second year, mainly because it's private and quiet enough for us to work online during the day. When it's time to relax, there's the big AT SEA pool or the even bigger ocean next door. It's only a two-minute walk to the water, and after swimming in the sea we usually have dinner at a beach restaurant. No crowds, and friendly people around. Thanks Kuhn Minny and Mr Peter for another nice stay. See you next year.

I don't often write reviews, but At Sea Condo deserves one. We were amazed when we walked in because the view is so hard to find. The rooms are clean and a good size, and the kitchen and living room have everything well set up. Alex was an especially good host. He kept giving us advice and helped with everything, and you could tell he really cares about guests. We were very happy staying with him and would strongly recommend the apartment.

Peter and Minny made us feel at home and had plenty of ideas for things to do. Their condos are stylish, with thoughtful design and modern accessories. We also had a big smart TV and an extra-large balcony, which made it easy to relax. The AT SEA condos make the most of the gorgeous view across the water toward Phuket. We got an amazing sunset on nearly every evening. I'd highly recommend checking out Pete and Minny's condos.

I booked this particular condo through Agoda and stayed four nights in a one-bedroom unit on the second floor. It was well equipped: full kitchen, dining table and chairs, double bed, twin bed, sofa, two wardrobes, separate shower in a dry bathroom, balcony furniture overlooking the pool, and a TV with internet. Wi-Fi was okay for speed and signal, but not great. A few things needed fixing, including a safe that didn't work and some blown lights. The property had parking, a large clean pool, a fitness room, a kids' playroom, and a washing machine. The location worked well, with an easy walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants. It's a quiet town, nothing like party-focused Ao Nang, so expect that. My main frustration was communication with staff before and after check-in. It took several emails to agree on where and when to meet for the key, and they forgot to give me the gate key card, so I couldn't get into the car park one evening. The staff were friendly and keen to help, though, so I can forgive the mix-up and will remember to ask more questions next time.
