The owners at Reset Hostel really care about their guests and went out of their way to help. Our four-night stay was wonderful, and leaving felt like leaving family. The rooms and facilities were among the best we've seen, very clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast and snacks. Reset is a few minutes from Ao Nong beach, a nice place to get away from crowds and unwind. Oily organized a long-tail boat tour that quickly became a highlight of our whole time in Thailand. Thank you, Oily, for such a memorable experience. We're grateful and would highly recommend the hostel.

I've stayed in lots of hostels, and this is one of my favorites. The owner is friendly, attentive and always ready to help. She arranged my boat tour, and they were always cleaning the room, which I loved. The location is just right for a RESET. I'd stay again and always rave about this place to people heading to the Krabi Region.

For the price, it's hard to find a better hostel. Oily, the main manager, was really helpful and gave us great advice. The place is modern and very clean, with good English, solid beds, hot water, water filters, clean linens, nice bathrooms, and a good breakfast and kitchen. Laundry is available cheaply. It's 50 meters from the beach, with yoga nearby, plus motorcycle rental, cooking classes and tours next door. A national Forest is ten minutes down the road, massage parlors are two minutes away, and there are bars and food all around.

The beach is just across the road, about a minute away, and the area is peaceful, with a few restaurants, bars and fruit shake stalls. It was a lovely spot to slow down after the usual bustle of Krabi. As for the hostel, it felt brand new, with lovely decor and really good facilities. Free water and snacks were available all day, including crackers, noodles, Oreos, biscuits and fruit. There’s a fridge and freezer in the common area, comfy beds with privacy curtains, big showers and strong air conditioning. The family who run it are lovely. They can arrange a taxi to Ao Nang for 400 baht, which was about 250 baht less than Grab quoted. Split between a few people, that’s around 100 baht each. I’ve stayed in a lot of hostels, and this was probably the best one. I only had one night here, and the other hostels on my trip felt pretty grim after it. I’m a very honest, maybe savage, reviewer, and I really don’t think you’ll be disappointed. You spoiled us! :)

It felt so much like home that I ended up extending my stay five times in a row. The couple running the place are lovely, and the hostel is squeaky clean, with food and drinks available whenever you want. It’s right across the road from one of Krabi’s most beautiful beaches. Google’s “2-star hotel” label really ought to say “5-star hostel.” One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in.
