B2 Khon Kaen Premier Hotel

There are plenty of bars and clubs within walking distance, so it's well located if you're after nightlife. We asked the receptionist for a jaew hon recommendation, but she couldn't offer any information. We later found a place just 50m across the road from the hotel. There was a stain on the bedsheet, so room cleanliness could be better. Also, remember to bring 500 baht in cash for the deposit. I booked through Agoda and hadn't expected that. I'd stay again if the price were lower.

There isn't much around the hotel itself, so it seems better suited to people with transport. It's roughly a ten-minute walk from the station, and there's dedicated parking with a guard. The area is a nightlife zone, which we knew, but the noise was louder than we expected. Music eventually stopped at 3 am, then people on our floor kept partying. If you're here to party, it makes a lot of sense to stay here. The room was large and reasonably priced, though the space could have been used better. There was plenty of room for a small sofa.

Several pubs sit next to each other in this area, and the noise is very loud. Housekeeping also tried to enter while we hadn't checked out yet. The bed and linens were only average in cleanliness.

The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. The only downside was noise from the nearby clubs at night.
