The rooms are spacious, clean, and very quiet, each with its own unusual tapestry showing scenery from an antique painting. The buffet breakfast came with the rate and had all the usual choices. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and communicating in English was easy. There's plenty of free parking if you're driving. The hotel has an artful boutique feel beside one of Khon Kaen's main roads. It's a little outside the city centre, but still within walking distance of the main points of interest. One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Thailand so far.

The breakfast was 8/10, though I didn't try the Japanese food I saw in the lift. The rest of the food was just normal. Facilities are good, but the flush in the room had a problem, and service was standard. It's not a bad hotel, just not a perfect one. If you're going for a seminar, the room is small and fits fewer than 25 people. Hope you enjoy.

I was on the 5th floor, and the room was quiet and a good size for a couple. The staff were absolutely friendly and nice. Breakfast was good, with eggs, ham, sausage, toast, jam, salad and other things, plus good coffee. The place is beautiful and within walking distance of the popular Ton Tann market. I'd stay again if I come back.

The lobby has a style I liked, and they sell some pretty things, including purses. Everyone was so nice, the hotel was clean, breakfast was good, and the shower was great. Just be aware there's a 500 baht cash deposit for the keycard. It's not a huge problem, but if you don't have cash, you'll have to go all the way to an ATM. That policy wasn't my favorite.
