The dorm has no elevator, the Wi-Fi is really slow, and 4200 feels like a lot for a student. They’re quick to collect the rent, though. Forget your key and they charge 50 baht every time, which I find completely unacceptable. Repairs and drilling happen whenever they choose, with no warning. It’s so irritating to be woken suddenly by the noise while sleeping. They don’t show much sympathy for the people living there.

Clean dorm, roomy and comfortable room. It’s near the faculty and getting around is convenient.

The internet keeps having problems, and the landlord asks for the room payment well before it’s due.

Really liked the room, and the nail salon downstairs was lovely too.

There is a router, but the internet is so slow it’s basically unusable. I wouldn’t recommend the place at all.
