I had a deluxe room facing the Lotus store. It was spacious, but the shower seemed poorly maintained, and the towel, which should have been white, looked grey and dingy. The noise from the club downstairs was crazy, even up on floor 8, and it runs until 6am. I think a room facing the back might help you avoid the noise.

I stayed from Dec 18th to 20th 2025, and ended up having a very good stay. The room was spacious and clean, even the balcony floor was surprisingly clean, and the toilet had just enough space. Water pressure was good and toiletries were provided. Parking was easy and well guarded by staff, so bikers don’t need to worry about leaving their bikes. Check-in and check-out were simple, with no fuss. There are lots of Thai side stalls within walking distance, serving full meals. The room deposit is 1000 baht. I was sceptical after seeing the reviews, but wanted to find out for myself, and I’d definitely come back.

I had a good stay in a spacious, comfortable room, though there were a few old marks from long use. My pillow gave me some neck pain, and the morning buffet was just okay. It’s handy for getting to 7-Eleven and nearby food stalls on foot.

The location is excellent and really convenient, with a night market just two minutes away. Service was okay, though they held my passport as the room deposit, which felt weird. The room was spacious but smelled damp and gross, wasn’t well maintained, and had thick dust covering the AC vent.

The breakfast was very ordinary and fell short of what I expected at this price. I’d paid a high room rate expecting comfort and cleanliness, but the room was extremely dirty, poorly maintained and unpleasant. I was disappointed by the stay.
