The big fish tank is beautiful, and the staff are great. The room had a big bed and was spacious, with a view of the petrol gas station. It was quite loud because there’s a pub. Water from the shower splashed onto the dry area floor.

The room looked practically new, with elegant furnishings and a king bed. The bathroom was beautifully tiled, with a bathtub and a separate shower, plus strong water pressure and heated water. At check-in, a lovely Lady explained the hotel policy in very good English, and two female receptionists offered to help with our suitcase. We were very pleased, thanks again. Glacier Hotel, Khon Kaen, is on a street with several other hotels. It looks very nice, has plenty of parking, and had beautiful Christmas decorations at the front.

We were lucky to get an upgrade, and the staff at the hotel were amazing and very friendly. These were the best beds we’d had so far during our stay in Thailand. I’d love to book the glacier again on another trip.

The water pressure on the 3rd floor was weak, and the temperature couldn’t be controlled. Water from the showerhead smelled rusty, and the head itself was rusty too. The air conditioner took a long time to reach the set temperature.

There’s a small, cozy place to pray in the hotel parking lot. People coming to pray can park there and use it, which is convenient.
