Ingtara Hotel

The only real plus here is the rooftop restaurant, mostly for its view. The food there isn't that good either. The building feels old and run down, like the owners don't spend money on it, and there was trash on our room's floor. The American breakfast wasn't good. Staff were unresponsive and ignored me while I was trying to talk to them. I held up my translator for one worker to read, but she looked away, wouldn't listen to my request, and walked off as I was speaking. When I asked for milk for my coffee, they said they didn't have any. I wouldn't recommend this place. You can be ignored at nicer hotels.

We paid 1,xxx expecting the balcony view shown in the photos, which was why we came. But once we got into the room, we were really disappointed. I couldn't even open the curtains because everything looked so dirty.

The room was comfortable and reasonably priced, and the hotel had plenty of convenient parking. I also liked that some rooms have a really beautiful view, and there was a pasteur air in the place. The central location is handy, with a 7/11 very close by, and the city atmosphere was lovely. The place was clean, spacious and tidy, and the staff seemed like a serious team who knew their work. I had no complaints during my one-night stay. I have no connection, so it will always be nice.

The location is good, but this was the worst hotel I've stayed in. I paid almost 700฿ a night with breakfast for three nights, knowing that wasn't a lot to spend and not expecting luxury. Still, the standard room fell far below what I could accept. It was a reasonable size, but so dark, especially the bathroom, that it felt like living in a cell. The balcony was only useful for holding an air compressor. The AC faced the bed and made the room feel very humid. There was a big mirror on the wall beneath it, which made me uncomfortable trying to sleep. The door lock was awful, and the walls were so thin I could hear every word from staff outside and every conversation next door. The room felt dilapidated, uncomfortable and not worth the price. I checked out after the first night. I would've given the staff feedback, but they didn't even ask why I was leaving early. No appreciation at all.
