The curry was delicious, and it arrived right on time. I came for dinner and had a Leo beer and lime soda with it. It made a lovely night on Koh Pu even more memorable.

We wanted somewhere that still felt like untouristy Thailand, and that’s exactly what we found. We spent four nights here in March 26 and really enjoyed the unspoiled area. If that sounds like your kind of place, go for it. If you’re after polished mirrors and nightlife, it probably won’t suit you. Great location, food, and staff. Everything fit what we wanted. Moue the masseuse is excellent, and we’re grateful to everyone here. The owners were friendly and helpful, and the home-cooked food was delicious. The cottage has an authentic woodland feel, with trees giving plenty of shade, right by a very chilled beach with a few other bars and restaurants. We’ll be back!

The homemade food was really good and well worth the price. Everyone here is caring, and it’s clear how much they look after both the place and the visitors. They’ve been doing that for more than 15 years. A lovely spot to recharge and relax close to nature.

Waking up to monkeys climbing the trees around the balcony was such a fun part of the stay. Just remember to lock the door and put food away. I forgot one night and a monkey made off with my cheddar biscuits, which was my own fault, aha! The owners were lovely and helped with whatever we needed, from towels to suggestions for food, walks, and beaches. The toilets were really clean and looked nicer than at lots of places we’ve stayed. The food was tasty too, and they were happy to cater for vegans, with plenty of vegetarian choices on the regular menu. We had an amazing time here.
