The place is modern and clean, and the pool is nice. It seems mostly secure, but I think someone interfered with my motor scooter. It’s keyless, and the switch is different now, so I suspect someone tried to force it. I’ll get Yamaha to check it and see what happened. A couple of days ago, someone also stole the cheap raincoat I’d left drying on my bike. That never happened at my last condo. The laundry prices are excessive, so I take my stuff elsewhere.

I had an amazing stay. The condominium is luxurious and clean, and I really enjoyed the swimming pool and fitness facilities.

The people here helped me find good places to eat and tourist spots around town. The accommodation was great, well kept, and I felt very safe throughout my trip. I’ll come again soon.

After a one-month stay, I was charged THB 1200 for cleaning the room and bedding, even though I left the place spotless and used my own bedding. The contract didn’t mention a compulsory cleaning fee when moving out. I could sue, but it’s not worth the effort. If you stay here, ask about this before signing, and if they say there’s no charge, get that in writing.

This place isn’t good. My friend lived here for more than two years and gave notice when they bought a home. The timing was unfortunate because they needed the condo to confirm they lived there for his yearly visa. The condo told immigration that they didn’t live there.
