The internet was the biggest problem during my mediocre stay. The rooms and service were okay for the price, and the place is decent if you only need somewhere to sleep. But the Wi-Fi was weak and unstable throughout the building. My iPhone couldn't connect at all. When I told reception, they blamed "Apple's security settings," which struck me as a poor excuse since most modern hotels can support iOS. I had no internet access on my phone for the whole stay, which was a real inconvenience. If you need reliable internet for work or depend on Apple devices, you may want to stay elsewhere. The network setup needs updating for modern phones. The other major issue was the air conditioner, mounted facing directly toward the bed. It blew cold air right onto me while I slept, making the night very uncomfortable, especially for anyone sensitive to direct airflow.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed the stay enough to return. Breakfast was nice, with good coffee. The room was a good size, though a little dated, and there was no in-room safe. When I asked to leave my passport at reception, a lady said that wasn't possible. The hotel is in a safe, quiet area, so be ready to walk or take a taxi. Bolt is available, though I recommend the Maxim app since it's usually cheaper.

We had a good stay, and when we asked about the mismatch, they moved us to a different room. The online photos show renovated rooms, but some older rooms still look nothing like those pictures.

It’s right in the city center, which made sightseeing easy, and there’s parking. The hotel also feels clean and safe, with spotless rooms in calming colors and no bad smells in the bedroom or bathroom. The rooms have an elegant design, and the reception staff were polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Great facilities and service too. Highly recommended.
