Supreme Place

Good value, with a pleasant room and a comfy bed. The staff were friendly too. The streets nearby are quite narrow, so take care driving in.

There was a little noise from upstairs.

I had paid in full before arriving and had my booking confirmation, but the hotel couldn't find the reservation in its system. The front desk staff were polite and tried to check the details and coordinate about a room, and I appreciate their effort. When management or the owner got involved, though, there was no effort to help resolve it, despite my proof of payment and the urgent need for somewhere to stay. The communication was loud and harsh, with no sign of taking responsibility. I ended up finding a place on my own for a problem that wasn't my fault. The whole experience was extremely disappointing. It was more than a system error: the way the situation was managed and the lack of customer care made things worse, especially from the manager or owner who should have been sorting it out. I hope they improve the booking system, communication, and support during problems so another guest doesn't go through the same thing.

There are plenty of food places within walking distance, which was handy. In the room, everything was very clean: the sheets and pillowcases were neatly pressed, and the towels were properly dried. I normally hesitate to use hotel towels, but these felt fine to use.
