The Heritage Grand Khon Kaen Hotel & Convention

It was Pullman before.

The offers advertised through the hotel's dedicated apps weren't honored when I arrived. When I raised the mismatch, staff wouldn't accept responsibility or offer a reasonable fix. Since management changed, the overall quality seems to have fallen a lot from the standards I associated with the Pullman brand. The property also looks old and poorly maintained. My room smelled of mold, and there was visible dust. For the price, the value was extremely disappointing. Hotels in central Bangkok can offer much better quality for less. Right now, the place feels overrated and doesn't justify its cost. Poor upkeep, inaccurate promotions, careless staff, and no real service recovery make it hard for me to recommend. I hope management takes the feedback seriously and improves the property and the professionalism of the service.

After dark on Wednesday, March 4th, 2026, I stayed at the hotel formerly known as Pullman, now renamed Heritage Khon Kaen. The name change made it confusing to navigate with Google Maps, which sent me to other places with similar names. The information I found was unclear too, and appeared as The Heritage Grand Khon Kean Hotel and Convention. Even so, the hotel seems high quality in almost every respect. I hope everyone involved in the change is encouraged to preserve it as a heritage site for the people of Khon Kaen and Thailand for generations to come. Best wishes to all of them.
