For 500 baht a night, this is a clean, basic place with friendly service. Don’t expect luxury and you won’t be disappointed. I’d stay here again. I saw an earlier comment about mould in the rooms. What looked like mould was on the bathroom sink caulk, and I don’t think it came from poor cleaning. Whoever applied it may have used cheap caulk instead of silicone made for bathrooms and showers.

The location is the strong point, right by beautiful Temples, a large lake, restaurants, and shops. It’s also a short trip to the City Centre and Airport. My room was a decent size, but filthy. The sink and shower had mould all around them, the shower was dirty with very low water pressure, and the mirror still had splatter from previous guests. The fridge was disgusting. The windows were filthy too, and there were lots of Lizards running around the room. The door spy glass was missing, and toilet paper had been stuffed in its place. The TV was ancient, not a flat screen, and its remote didn’t work. Wi-Fi was available at reception, but not in my room.

The rooms feel airy and clean, with large balconies and beautiful views, and everything worked perfectly. The owner was lovely, and I felt safe and at home. The location is excellent, next to two of Khon Kaen’s tourist highlights. PS, foreigners are welcome here too.

I paid 500 baht for the night and got lots of parking, so it’s great value. The hotel is lovely and close to a lake, and the reception staff were pleasant and helpful.

There’s plenty of parking at this nice place near the lake. The staff are polite and professional, and I’d recommend staying here to anyone.
