The location is amazing, and the chalet rooms allow pets. It's a GREAT hotel, though English isn't really spoken there. I'd definitely stay again!

The garden was lovely, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly.

The garden was nice and the location was good. We had an issue in our room, with a mouse in the false ceiling and dead cockroaches on the floor. We talked to the owner the next day, but it was hard for us to understand each other. We eventually reached an agreement and were able to move to another hotel. I'm giving three stars because the young man managing the place was very polite and respectful.
