I stayed for a month after a friend recommended the place, and I'm really glad I listened. The staff were kind and friendly, respected my privacy, and let me have guests without any trouble. The manager is also a math teacher, which made things fun. I'd send him random math problems and loved seeing how excited he'd get replying. My room had a balcony, and they cleaned it every week, changing the sheets and towels and giving it a proper clean. I also loved the free coffee machine in the lobby, with several options that actually tasted good. There's a dedicated coworking area with comfortable couches, so it was easy to work or just relax. It's easy to get around from here, close to the city, and there's covered parking. You can find cheaper places, but the quality made the price worth it for me. A+ stay, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere comfortable and welcoming.

It's a clean, recently built or renovated budget place, though the walls are so thin you can hear every cough and every word from the next room, almost as if you were in there with them. The bed setup I found after asking for the room to be cleaned was pretty funny. Possibly the laziest bed making ever.

We felt at home during our two-month stay, and everything worked well: no Wi-Fi or electricity problems. We rented an apartment on the 8th floor for 12,000 baht per month with a one-month deposit. It was over 60 square meters, with a kitchen, spacious bedroom, and an incredible view. The higher floors were especially quiet. Weekly cleaning was included and excellent. If you want another session, you can pay 200 baht and choose the day and a time up until the afternoon. Kook welcomed us, showed us the room, helped us check out, and was always available. Reception can accept packages for you. Noom, the maintenance person, was friendly and always there to fix things. You can rent motorbikes there, too. Motorbike parking is free, though it can get busy, and there's less room for cars. Thanks for hosting us!

We were there for three nights at the end of December and got a decent rate by booking through Agoda well ahead. The room had a king bed with a pretty hard mattress, a couple of hangers on a clothes rack, a desk, TV, nice bathroom, and small balcony. I had to ask for fresh towels and the trash to be taken out after two days, but it wasn't a major hassle. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. Our second-floor room faced a large, tree-covered property, so we could hear lots of birds in the morning. The walls are a little thin, but not too bad. In the middle of the floor there's a large work area with tables and chairs for digital nomads. Downstairs are a laundry area and a free filtered-water station. There's a little convenience store across the street, though it's not a 7-11, and lots of great restaurants nearby. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Old City and maybe five minutes to One Nimman. A decent budget option.
