I had a confirmed reservation and had already paid, but when I got there, I was told my booked room wasn't available. The staff tried to sell me a pricier room instead. That feels like deceptive business practice, and I’d like this sorted out promptly.

It's closed, so don't go. The place feels really creepy and scary.
