The beach isn't right next door, but it was an easy 10-minute walk or a two-minute scooter ride. Renting a scooter at reception was quick and hassle-free, and returning it was just as easy. Everything at Annika Koh Chang Hotel was clean and well maintained, from the outdoor areas to the rooms. Breakfast had a good range, including fresh fruit and plenty of choices. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, attentive, and helpful. My one small gripe was that the shower could've been warmer. It's a minor complaint, though. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back. For us, it earned all five stars.

Breakfast is the part I'd change, especially at 600 baht per person. Most of the hot food was Asian-style, so a few more Western or international choices would be welcome. Better bread and coffee would help too. The current machine and Nescafé coffee are quite poor, and butter and cheese would make a difference. The resort itself has a lovely garden and pool, comfortable rooms, and very friendly, helpful staff. Everything else felt like good value for money.

The setting is quiet and laid-back, with a beautiful garden and rooms that are clean and comfortable in a traditional style. The staff were lovely. It's not right by the beach, though it's not too far either. I'd happily recommend it.

The walls were thin enough that we could hear people nearby, which was the one downside. Otherwise, we had a great stay at Annika Resort and would gladly return. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. The pool area was quiet, clean, and well kept, breakfast tasted good, and the price was very reasonable.

The service was fantastic. The staff made us feel welcome and were helpful with questions and transport. There's access to a beach with the hotel's own shuttle, and you can rent a motorbike right there, which is very convenient. The hotel is tucked among greenery but still close to restaurants and a bit of everything. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we really liked the pool. Good prices too.
