The location was convenient, just a short trip from the pier, with eateries and shops all around. During our two-night stay at the Kacha, the rooms were spotless and quiet, and breakfast was excellent with a seaside feel. The staff were all polite, and Piyaphan, the F&B manager, was especially helpful. We also each got a complimentary cocktail or mocktail at check-in, a nice touch. Cheers!

Dinner at The Fil restaurant and the cinema movie night were especially lovely touches during our relaxing stay at Kacha Resort Koh Chang. The beachfront pool was perfect at sunset, and the peaceful resort had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We stayed in the stunning Beachfront Pool Villa, where waking up to unobstructed sea views and stepping straight to our own private pool near the beach made it feel special. From arrival, the team took great care of us and made us feel welcome. We’d happily return and recommend it to couples, families, or anyone after a relaxing beachfront escape in Koh Chang.

Loved our stay, with great service from the staff and really good value for money. The bed itself was soft and comfy. I do hope they improve how the sheets and blankets are tucked in, though. They’re loose and lift up easily when you move around, and properly made beds would look neater and more professional.

Our family’s first stay at the Resort was in a private room with a beach view. The location and service were great, but the room wasn’t ideal. Several items were damaged and still hadn’t been repaired. In my opinion, the rooms could be better, especially for the relatively high price we paid.

The breakfast buffet was incredible, and the resort has two pools with swim-up bars and lots of lounge chairs. We stayed across the road, which worked out fine. There’s even a crossing guard for people who might be a bit unsteady or have had too much to drink. On this beach-starved island, the location seems hard to beat if you want a decent beach and access to civilization. I wouldn’t stay farther south, where the beach ends, or much farther north.
