We stayed in the beach poolside rooms at Cookies Hotel, which were large, clean, and recently redecorated. The kingsize bed was comfortable, all the mid cons were there, and the room was cleaned daily. With a big pool and a location right on the beach, it's easily the best value accommodation on the beach. Nearby there are lots of restaurants both on and off the beach, a 7-11, and a good choice of cafes and bars. The beach is nice, the mountain scenery is beautiful, and the gently sloping sea felt safe for swimming. Another superb stay.

I've stayed at this hotel 10 times now and highly recommend it. The staff are wonderful, friendly, and always helpful. I'll see you next year. The sea view rooms, the beach, the quiet atmosphere, and the convenient location near everything made the stay unforgettable.

We had a happy, comfortable stay. The room was big and in very good condition, with a large bathroom, fridge, kettle, and all the usual comforts. There were plenty of sockets for charging devices. I got in some proper swimming in the fantastic, large pool. The location is excellent, with the rooms right beside the sea at the edge of the beach. There are trees for daytime shade and lots of loungers. A good range of beach restaurants is nearby, and the main street is close too. The price was very reasonable for the location and facilities. We'll come again!

The sunset over the beach was the best part of our stay. We had a beach-facing room, though cheaper rooms without a sea view are also available. The location is beautiful, with road on one side and beach on the other, and it's within 5km of the Koh Chang ferry port. There's an infinity pool, helpful and well-mannered staff, and you can get a good Thai massage on the beach. A fire show is put on at the beachfront every evening at 7:30 PM. Restaurants surround the hotel, and there are plenty of shops nearby, including 7-Eleven, where we found everything we needed, even beachwear. The buffet breakfast was good and wholesome.

Our room was in the beachside section. The hotel also has another section across the road on the mountain side. The staff were friendly, and our room was kept clean. Being right by the beach was a real plus. The place is a little worn and could use some improvements. The WiFi was extremely slow and unreliable, the old air conditioner was noisy, and the shower water only got lukewarm.
