Slumber Resort Koh Chang

We don't regret staying here at all. It's a pristine, beautiful place, with a stunning sunset view, and we're sad to see such low reviews. The rooms are immaculate, the beds comfortable, and the shower hot. The pool and surroundings look brand new, and the staff are lovely. There is loud music from clubs down the road, but that's not the resort's fault. Ear plugs did the trick for us.

The location is great, close to the beautiful sunset roxys bar and within walking distance of the main places in lonely beach. Rooms are clean, with smart tv and facilities, and the renovations are brand new. The price is great too. Music gets loud after midnight, but that's expected so close to Himmel and the other bars. No complaints.

On our second visit, the hotel felt even better than before. When we last came, it was still being renovated, but now it's changed so much and has a welcoming vibe. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable, just as last time. For the price, you can't beat it. We were especially happy to see Nico and Jona at reception again. They treated us like family, and we ended up chatting for hours, as if visiting old friends. Their customer service is genuinely five-star. They go above and beyond to make guests feel special, and they made our stay wonderful. We're already counting the days until we can return!

My friend was staying at this resort, so I came with her. It's been renovated well, and I liked how everything was managed. The bed was clean, and Jona at reception was kind and easy to talk to. The receptionists here were more energetic and approachable than at any other resort I've been to, and their welcoming smiles are contagious. The loud music at night comes from the bar behind the resort, so the resort isn't at fault. Thanks so much, Jona, for the warm welcome and service.
