The room was okay and clean, but I’d only stay for two nights at most. It was a bit loud, the beds were hard, and there were more insects than I’d prefer, even knowing it’s subtropical. Just my feedback.

The clerk was relaxed and very helpful, and upgraded us from the small bungalow we’d booked to a larger apartment when we arrived. We stayed four days. The place was very clean and quiet, and daily room cleaning was available. White Sand Beach is walkable, with restaurants and bars nearby. Best of all were the two puppies wandering around the grounds.

A really good, quiet place for its location. The guy at the office was very kind.

SSP has been my favorite base on Koh Chang for years. I hadn’t booked ahead, but Auto at reception did a great job finding me a good room. The service staff are excellent, as always.

We booked a few bungalows and were very happy with the stay. It’s centrally located, but still nice and quiet when you want to relax.
