The rooms aren’t fully soundproof, so you may hear noisy guests or crying babies next door. That depends on who your neighbors are, and it’s a small drawback given everything else here. The place is clean, quiet, cosy, and nice to look at. It’s a good choice for Muslim travelers, people with their own vehicles, and elderly guests looking for a restful night. There’s a bidet, good water pressure, a water heater, and the signature large fridge. The front desk is staffed 24 hours, so someone is there even for a late check-in. It’s well worth the money, and I’d stay again if I come back.

The owner was helpful, answered all my questions and kept me updated on the price. The place is between Hatyai and Songkhla, though a little outside town. Our room was big, with two king beds. At MYR400 per night including tax, it was a bit expensive for me.

Bungalow No 1 was cosy and quiet, and we enjoyed staying there. The hotel is pet friendly, which is hard to find in Hat Yai.

The private garden and gazebo were the best parts, and we were even served fresh coconuts in the morning. There’s also a free pedal boat, a huge fridge, and water and coffee amenities. We were glad to find such a quiet, relaxing place in busy, loud Songkhra, and it was budget friendly. A nice spot to rest after sightseeing or other obligations.

The outdoor grounds, with flowers and coconut trees, are a lovely place to unwind after a busy day, and the resort is far enough from Songkhla city center for calm nights. This family run place feels cared for, with the owners often around and clearly enjoying their work. I’d choose a cabin over a room. It costs a little more, but you get your own little house and a nice garden behind it. Staff speak very little English, and there are no restaurants or shops within walking distance. It’s easiest to rent a motoscooter or bring your own vehicle to get around and reach the city center. If you don’t drive, the resort can call a Taxi or TukTuk. They also offer convenient, cheap laundry service, handy for backpackers.
