It’s a beautiful residential condominium. Just be aware that, under Thai law, renting an apartment here through Air BNB, Booking.com, and similar sites is illegal unless the owner provides a rental contract for at least one month and you have a suitable visa for your stay. Holiday bookings of 1-3 weeks or less aren’t legal without a hotel license, and the worst-case penalty can be prison.

I’d happily come back here. It’s peaceful, the beach is clean, and there are a few good restaurants and a temple to visit not far away.

There are plenty of local places to eat within walking distance, and the condo is lovely, right by the beach. It also has four swimming pools.

Nice place, and the service was good.

It’s a lovely beachfront condominium, but there’s a kite surfing school here. With that going on, swimming or just lying on the beach isn’t really possible.
