We stayed in March with our 19-month-old, and the staff made the experience especially lovely. They were kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Our cottage felt like a little house, with its own garden where we could relax and our child could play safely. It was a short walk to both the pool and beach. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, with a warm, family-friendly atmosphere that also suits couples looking for a quiet getaway. We had a wonderful stay at Koh Splash Hotel in Koh Chang and would happily return. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Koh Chang.

After a long trip through Cambodia, Ko Splash Chang was exactly what we needed. It’s a little paradise for kids, with amazing rooms, a pool with slides, and good food. The beach massage prices at The Splash were wonderful, and I’d choose the Thai oil one. The beach was lovely, with a big tree right nearby for good shade. The beach area was very clean, and we didn’t go anywhere else.

The live band performances were spectacular and made our stay more memorable. My fellow filipinos band was super top notch. The beachfront atmosphere felt like paradise, with luxurious amenities and welcoming staff. Waking up to ocean sounds and those beautiful views made the visit unforgettable. The service was outstanding, especially from Inn, who was an attentive, professional, friendly server and always seemed one step ahead. Every interaction felt warm and genuine. I’d highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing, elevated stay, and we’ll definitely return.

Kids will enjoy the lovely water and pool area, and the breakfast buffet has plenty of different things to try. The downside is that the pastries and breads are very sugary. You’re not allowed to bring drinks or snacks to the pool or beach, so you have to buy them from the Hotel. Every staff member was friendly and professional. Security officer LEX was especially kind, always smiling and making us smile, and worked to make guests happy.

The location worked well for us. It was easy to get a taxi (Songthaew), and we could take a long walk along the beach. The Splash was a decent resort, with quiet, well-kept rooms and consistently kind, helpful service. Breakfast was plentiful, with a wide selection.
