The laundry service ruined every item of my clothing by washing colors together. Nothing was spared by the color bleeding. I also arranged to mail my belongings home before checkout. The staff clearly said they'd take care of sending them, and we agreed on the costs and details. But they never mailed anything. Without my permission, they threw it all away, including brand clothing, expensive cosmetics, and valuable personal items. I find that completely unacceptable and highly suspicious. Items like these shouldn't be discarded, and I strongly believe the staff took and used my belongings instead. There was no apology, compensation, or accountability. The hotel showed no responsibility, professionalism, or honesty. This was one of the worst stays I've had. I strongly warn future guests to avoid it if you value your belongings. I can't trust this place.

The room was really clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a big bed, a nice balcony, a large shower and toilet, and a safe. The people were nice, though their English wasn't very good. There's no elevator!!

It's a nice spot near patong, close to other parts of phuket island but away from the main hustle. The receptionist is always sweet and smiling. Cleaning could be a little better, but that's okay. I'd recommend it.

The people running this place are kind and work hard. They really make it for me, because the place itself is pretty cramped around the lobby. I ended up on the 5th floor and had a lot of steps up a tight staircase, with no elevator. The room was clean and spacious, though not as nice as the photos, and the balcony was terrifyingly small but did the job. The walls are thin enough that I could hear everything my neighbors did, singing in the shower, using the toilet, even burping. Honestly, it was funny, but it also made the place feel less private than I'd like. You can find good deals here, and I'd stay again if I had to.

The rooms were nice and clean, though there was an unpleasant smell in the lobby. The owner was friendly, and you can rent a scooter from him.
