A la Koh Kood

I wish I could have stayed longer. If I get back to Koh Kood, I'd definitely plan a longer visit here. The sea was crystal clear and the sand was white, and the whole place had a lovely atmosphere. My room was very clean and fit in beautifully with the natural setting. There were kayaks and snorkeling goggles available, too. The staff were polite and provided excellent service. The reception team was especially courteous and gave me useful recommendations.

We felt really looked after during our stay at A La Koh Kood. Everyone was warm, always smiling, and happy to help. The rooms were comfortable and cozy, and both the beach and lagoon were stunning. We didn't expect to eat so well here. Every dish we tried was delicious, and some of our best meals in Thailand were at the restaurant. I'd highly recommend making the trip to Koh Kood for a stay here.

The team made our family trip enjoyable, and I appreciated how they handled the few mix-ups between management and operations. Whenever something went wrong, the hotel acted quickly and professionally, and the way they resolved things went beyond what I expected. We came with our baby after reading good things about the food and service. The full-service promotion, with six meals, ferry tickets, and activities at the hotel, also suited us well. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent throughout our stay.

Shannon deserves a special mention for all her helpful tips and advice. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The hotel grounds are lovely, tucked into greenery beside a quiet, idyllic beach. The setting feels secluded and close to nature, and the complex is beautiful, with some good ideas that aren't always carried out very well. It's recommendable overall, though the price doesn't quite match what you get. The rates could use some work.
