Ko Hai Fantasy Resort and Spa

The beach is right there, and getting a sunbed was easy. We had a huge, comfortable room and bathroom with a lovely view, reached by a short but steep walk. Everything was cleaned daily. The staff were really nice and friendly, especially Saing Kay at reception, thank you, sir! Coffee lovers should try the shop next to reception. Their coffee was fantastic, and breakfast time came with a 20% discount. We had a lovely stay.

The staff were very nice and helpful. They even let us check in early when they saw we were soaked from the long tail ride. Our bungalow was spacious and had a nice sea view, though getting to it meant walking up and down a few steps. It was showing some wear, with quite loud air conditioning, for example. The resort is big and the beach was great, even with the rainy weather while we were there. Breakfast was good, but a little monotonous.

Koh Ngai is a gem, and we enjoyed our stay. The beach bar had a good vibe, the staff were great everywhere, and the restaurant did perfect Thai or Western food. The only issue was the Wi-Fi, which wasn't very good, so use bytesim if needed. Otherwise, log off and chill. I'd recommend it.

The restaurant food was amazing, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Our room was at the top of the hill, so it took a steep hike to get there, but the view made it worth it. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.
