Fill - Feel @ Long Beach Resort

The owners were so kind and helpful. They let us leave our bags, booked us a massage, and drove us to Ban Saladan market. The market felt tacky and touristy, though, so I wouldn’t bother with it. The food here is so fresh and homemade, and everything we tried from the menu was really good. We got Pad Thai when we arrived, too. The room was decent, with a fridge and kettle, and the beach is close by. Great location.

Bea made us feel welcome from the moment we got there, even cooking Pad Thai for all eight of us as a welcome meal. She was very attentive throughout our Christmas and New Year stay. The setting is beautiful, and the restaurant food was outstanding, especially the omelettes. We stayed in the older A4 room while our friends had newer rooms with kitchens, but we were very happy with ours. It’s a small family run place and a lovely find.

We paid double and triple elsewhere on the island before trying this place for one night, and Fill was easily the best of them. The rooms were the cleanest we’d seen, and Bee was incredible, doing everything she could to help us. I wouldn’t spend the extra on the big resorts. The location is perfect, just a four-minute walk from Long Beach, which was the best beach I visited in Thailand. Thanks, Bee!

I happened to celebrate my birthday here, and Bee and her family made it such a lovely stay. They really care about their guests and go out of their way to help. Bee is one of the hardest-working people I’ve met, and she was friendly and incredibly accommodating. The location is amazing, and Bee can help arrange tours or transport. The rooms were spotless and the restaurant food was delicious. There were thoughtful extras too: Pad Thai on arrival, fresh fruit and water in the room, and free water every day. I’m already looking forward to coming back.
