The room service could be a little slow, but I liked it. It was a really amazing, clean hotel, and the location alone makes up for everything.

The hotel itself was lovely, though a bit dated and in need of some upgrades. My door lock was broken, so I slept with my purse under my pillow. I’d booked three nights, but my plans changed and I tried to cancel. I sent three different messages and got no reply, so I figured I’d pay for the first night and stay that one night. When I arrived, they said it was no problem and I didn’t have to pay, but I was already there by then. Later that night I needed help and went to reception. A woman saw me, but she was praying, so I waited. After ten minutes I gave up without getting anything sorted. It’s fine that she needed to pray, but someone could have covered for her or at least checked on me afterwards. That experience is why I can only give one star.

We booked four months ahead, confirmed with the hotel the day before, and travelled three hours to get there. When we arrived, the rude staff told us they had no room for us. They said there might be a twin room, and we agreed, but then told us that room wasn't available either and we needed to find somewhere else. We were left stranded with nowhere to stay because they had overbooked. The staff were the rudest people I’ve ever met. Dreadful, and I urge people not to stay here.

The location was great, and the staff were quite nice when we arrived. The rooms, though, were in poor condition. Everything looked old, and the mattress was old and nasty. At least we didn’t find bedbugs. The air conditioner’s condensation drain led straight into the shower corner, where the water had gone stagnant and made the whole room stink.
