UNRELIABLE AND UNTRUSTWORTHY! They canceled my booking the day before I was due to travel. When I finally reached them, they said the room was no longer available. Asked where I was supposed to sleep, I was told I could spend the night on the floor of their office, seriously. They also said the money I'd already paid wasn't their problem. I paid for nothing, and because it was high season, I couldn't find another room in Koh Lanta at the last minute. I lost my money and had to change my trip, which was completely ruined. I'd give them minus stars if I could 🤬

Lexi is great. We stayed for three weeks and switched bungalows until we found the one we liked best. The German owner gives off a very different vibe when he shows up, and it wasn't really our taste.

There was no hot water, and the room descriptions saying AC were wrong for our booking. Floor 2 bungalow 2 was listed online with AC, but it only had a fan. We had to leave and find another hotel at triple the price. It was disappointing and meant booking somewhere more expensive.

The team made me feel at home and helped with planning trips, booking tickets, and renting scooters. The garden is lovely and quiet, and the place is well maintained. My bungalow was simple but clean and comfortable. I booked two nights and wound up staying over a week. The beach is a one-minute walk away, with restaurants and massage places nearby, and the city center is only 10 minutes by car. A little paradise for a low-budget traveler, and the team were so lovely!
