We had a great five-night stay at this little place, with a lovely, relaxed feel. The accommodation could use a bit of attention, but the AC and wi-fi worked well. The staff were really attentive and helpful, which made the stay enjoyable. The food at the on-site restaurant was good too.

There's a lovely patio and an outdoor rack for drying things, and the room is clean with a good bathroom, storage space, and a big fridge. The AC isn't very strong, though it does the job after running for a while. The hotel offers beach chairs, but no sunbeds or umbrellas. It's right by the beach and conveniently close to shops and services.

We spent three awesome days here. The location is excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, and all the shops. The sunset from the resort is awesome.

I'm nearly a month into my stay at Lanta Mermaid, and it's been great. When I travel, I mostly want things to be easy, and Mermaid really delivers. The location, spacious room, team, and owner all make it simple, with the beautiful Andaman Sea just steps away. No stress, just nice and easy. I'll definitely return.
