We loved the deluxe double room we booked for four nights, especially the bath on the balcony. The quirky, bird’s-nest-style room has amazing views over Kantiang Bay, and monkeys, the natives around here, showed up and seemed reasonably friendly. Breakfast could be better, in our opinion, but everything else was good. The walk up and down to local restaurants and the wonderful beach keeps you fit. Would we come back? For sure.

The bed was very, very comfortable, and the rooms were clean. I also liked the balcony, especially the lounge chairs. There are a few small drawbacks: you have to climb steps because the place is on a slope, parking is limited, and there’s some road noise. Traffic is light, though, and we only noticed one or two mosquitoes. The location is fine, with a short drive to everything else.

The food was exquisite, and Annie and her staff made us feel so welcome. We had a memorable stay at this beautiful hotel, tucked among lush landscaping. Koh Lanta became one of our favorite stops in Thailand, and we’ll certainly be back.

The rooftop pool and restaurant have great views, and I really enjoyed the green chicken curry and fresh coconut. It’s only about a three-minute walk down to town and the beach. Our room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and restaurants and the beach are about a five-minute walk away. We had rain on two of our four days, but it didn’t bother us much. Our clean, cosy room had a huge TV and a bathtub on the balcony overlooking the sea. Such a beautiful place for the price.
