Bella is a wonderful cook, and the food was delicious. Her family were amazing too, always doing things with joy and a big smile. When my friend fell ill, they brought medicine to our room late at night, sent him food, and kept checking on him. It felt like parents caring for their child. The bungalows were good and the bed was comfortable. There’s an uphill walk to the rooms that could be tough for some, but the stairs between the bungalows are easier on your legs. Our stay at Bella’s place was wonderful.

The room had a nice sea view, though it was a few minutes’ walk from the beach, and getting to it meant a steep climb. You can also reach it by motorbike. The family running the place were very nice, but the stay was pricey. The bathroom was small and the shower below average, so they should improve it. Still, I had a good experience with nice views and people.

The family were friendly, and they served very good food, breakfast included. The view and bungalows were perfect, and the scooters were in great condition. Everything was fairly priced.

I came for a peaceful place to unwind and ended up staying four months, delaying my flight to Australia. I still miss the hammock and balcony. It’s a family-run, authentic resort with amazing views, clean rooms, a relaxing feel, and a great location. Bella looked after me, making sure I had what I needed, including laundry and cleaning, and she always helped quickly. It’s easy to reach the busy parts of the island by moped while still being able to enjoy a quiet stay. The resort is affordable, and Bella was fair and honest about service prices. There’s a restaurant with tasty, very reasonably priced authentic Thai food, and they rent mopeds too. I’d recommend it and will definitely be back!
