The area stays quiet, and the beach is about a 5-10 minute walk away. Shops and restaurants are close by too. Rooms were clean, the pool was great, and the staff were very polite. A really good standard.

We only stayed one night, but the room was spacious and clean, with no bugs inside and working ventilation. The bungalows sit a little up the hill, so there are some steps, though not too many, and the view of the island is nice. Check-in was easy, and we got into our room before 2pm. For the price on Phi Phi, it seems like a great choice if you just need somewhere to sleep and aren't looking for a pricey luxury stay.

That rooster at 6:45 every morning definitely woke us up 😅 The pool area was also much smaller and less inviting than earlier reviews made it sound. Still, the residence is well placed: quiet enough at night to avoid the busy streets, but only a few minutes on foot from restaurants, bars and shops. Our room was very spacious, and fresh towels and toilet paper were left outside each morning. We thought the stairs were manageable, even with luggage, unless you were injured or in very poor shape. A very nice stay, probably the best area on the island.

It’s in a nice, peaceful spot, and you can still walk to the beaches and main town.
