Natacha Hotel

The location is the one good thing here. The bathroom was dirty, the shower didn't work, the water smelled, and there were ants. Our sheets were dirty too. We left a sign asking for the room to be cleaned for three days, but nobody came, so we found supplies in the hallway and did it ourselves. The old bed was very uncomfortable. Worst place we've stayed so far. Avoid.

Everything felt dirty, including the sheets, and the shower and toilet water smelled awful. The boss wasn't welcoming or nice. Don't go.

For a budget stop of one or two nights, this place is perfectly fine, especially if you're a solo traveler or a couple. It's very clean, the bed and pillows were genuinely comfortable, and it's close to the pier and a 7 eleven. It's a very basic room, though, and not somewhere I'd want to stay long. The shower isn't a proper shower and has just one temperature, very hot. My only real complaint was the decor, which felt dark, sad, and a bit depressing. I was torn between giving it 4 or 5.

We were comfortable enough here, and the price wasn't too high compared with other hotels on Phi Phi Island. The hotel is close to the harbour, which made us happy. The room wasn't spacious and the lighting was dim, but there was warm water.
