We stayed during peak season because most other places on Phi Phi were full. The air conditioning took ages to cool the room and didn't respond well. They also didn't provide a disposable toothbrush, which was a first for me. The facilities seemed outdated, and service was below average. I found the experience disappointing and wouldn't really recommend staying here if you have another option.

The lobby felt like a chaotic supermarket, and there was no luggage service to the pier. The appliances vibrated, and there was no elevator. We paid 5,760 THB for what felt like a 'motel'. They charged us for toothbrushes that were EXPIRED in 2025, and the staff didn't care. A pool doesn't make this a resort. Overpriced and disappointing, avoid it. There are many better options on the island for this price.

As soon as I walked in, the room smelled awful. It was basic, felt like a cheap motel, and had a hard bed. Staff and the receptionist didn't seem interested in showing me the room, so I had to find it myself in what felt like a big dormitory. They didn't even leave the two promised bottles of water, and there was no phone to call anyone. This was the worst hotel of my Thailand trip. I wish I could give it a negative rating. Please avoid it at all costs.

We paid almost 120 € for one night, but to us the room wasn't worth more than 20 euro. It was very dirty and smelled of mold, and we were deeply disappointed. The owner was very rude and seemed to care only about making money. Worst hotel ever. Just disgusting 🤮

It's a nice place, with good rooms, but even though it's far from the activities and you'd think it would be calm, you can still hear music at night.
