We booked three days at Phi Phi Andaman Legacy and wound up staying eight, so we really enjoyed our time there. The location was excellent, with restaurants, bars, shops, and pharmacies only steps away. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and met us at the pier to help with our bags, a big plus since the hotel is about a 10-minute walk. Our newer garden villa felt private, comfortable, and relaxing, and having the pool right outside the door was so convenient. Housekeeping came daily, though the villa needed a more thorough refresh: the floors could have been wiped properly and the bathroom cleaned more deeply. It didn't spoil the stay. We fell in love with Phi Phi, its charm, turquoise water, and kind people, and would happily come back.

The resort was quiet and peaceful, and breakfast was okay. Rooms were clean and fine, with daily cleaning available. We sometimes had to wait a long time for hot water, though that happened elsewhere in Thailand too. It's about a 15-minute walk from the busy center. The view is amazing, and the pool is pleasant and not too crowded, more for relaxing than swimming. There's a beach close by, but other beaches with more space are a bit farther away.

The only real drawback was the hard beds. Otherwise, this was a great place to stay if you want to get away from the island's commotion while remaining within walking distance. There are multiple pools and easy access to the beach. The staff were all really nice, the service was great, and the restaurant's buffet food was always amazing.

The hotel was nice and the accommodation was good, but I wouldn't trust the people servicing the rooms, and the safe box didn't feel secure either. We stayed three nights, and for the first time in all my travels, my perfume didn't smell the same after I'd left it beside the TV for a while. I noticed they'd emptied it and replaced it with alcohol. I'm not happy about my personal belongings. Please keep expensive things secure.

The whole place had a relaxed island feel, with pool access and the beach right there as a bonus. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well looked after. Staff were friendly and helpful, making everything easy from arrival through checkout. We had an amazing stay at Phi Phi Andaman Beach Resort, with beautiful views each morning from its beachfront location. Definitely recommend it for a stay on Phi Phi.
