Charlie's Bungalow

A good budget choice in Koh Si Chang, suitable for families, with friendly staff and a little activity table for children. It's within walking distance of the pier. They don't serve breakfast, but there's a 7 11 and a nearby restaurant for local dishes. Renting a motorbike at the pier is a good idea for exploring the island, around THB 300 for a full day in 2026. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Koh Si Chang. If you're choosing between Koh Si Chang and Koh Larn, I'd suggest Koh Larn for more beaches.

The location on the main street was convenient and felt safe for my friends and me. It wasn't far from the city center, so getting around was easy. Our room was excellent, very clean, and smelled really good. The small fridge worked fine, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They even lent us bowls and plates for our takeaway food. The shower water smelled awful, like dirty canal water, and needs fixing urgently. The TV didn't work, and there was no pickup service or breakfast. For the price, it was worth it, and I'd recommend it to families, groups of friends, or solo travelers. Fix the shower water and it'd be perfect.

Motorbikes are available to rent if you want to explore the island, and the pier, convenience stores, and restaurants aren't far away. The rooms are simple, inexpensive, and clean, with a relaxing landscape outside. Big thanks to Ms. N for helping us in an emergency. I'll definitely stay at Charlie’s Bungalow again if I visit Koh Sichang.

A lovely little place. The room felt new, was clean, and smelled nice. Everything worked, and the shower was great, so it had what I needed. One minor thing, the mosquitoes are brutal at night. I couldn't sit out on the balcony for even a minute without getting swarmed.
