We’d reserved a balcony room, but when we arrived the front desk said it wasn’t available. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful, and told us we could cancel if we didn’t like it. The service felt unprofessional. Our room was tiny, had no view, and faced a generator that made constant noise, so resting was difficult. Overall, the staff and room were bad, and it wasn’t worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Really nice hotel, and the staff are kind and helpful. Walking Street is about a 10-minute walk away. The only issue was that the internet didn’t work properly on the third floor of the next building. There’s a main building and a second one. Apart from that, it was really okay.

It’s a mid-range hotel in a quiet spot, with good staff and good room service. Still, there’s plenty that needs improving. There were no complimentary tea or coffee bags, and several things were missing from the room until I asked for them. The swimming pool is shared between two or three hotels.

The bedroom was comfortable, and the restaurant was good. Breakfast and dinner were both satisfactory. The washroom smelled quite bad, though, which was disappointing. If washroom hygiene matters a lot to you, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The food was delicious, and the VIP room was good, but I’d rate the stay 3.5/5 overall. They don’t accept credit cards, the bathroom had a bad drainage smell, and housekeeping forgot to close the room door. The staff weren’t professional at the 4/5-star level.
