Purana Resort Koh Yao Noi

Purana Resort in Koh Yao Noi felt serene, immaculate, and carefully maintained, with a real sense of understated luxury. The food was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, too. From arrival, the staff were gracious, professional, and attentive to details, often anticipating what we needed. We were welcomed with a delicious drink and a custom necklace bearing our initials, which made the stay feel especially personal. The service was impeccable and the hospitality felt unusually individualized. A world-class experience in paradise. I highly recommend it!

Purana and its spectacular staff made our honeymoon unforgettable. We stayed in Villa 1 hill top, with the most unbelievable view either my wife or I have ever had the joy of seeing. The private pool isn't heated, which made it super refreshing after a long hot day or first thing in the morning. The food was wonderful from breakfast through dinner, and the attention to detail was unmatched on our trip. Whether we ordered to the room or ate in the restaurant, all the staff were amazing. Scooters and side cars were available at really good prices, well looked after and a joy to ride, and the staff knew the island well. Purana arranged a private long boat trip to Ko Hong, including pickup, the return trip, and a beautiful packed lunch to eat on Hong island. We spent three nights and both loved every minute. I have no complaints at all. It feels very much like a couples destination, our paradise. Thank you, Purana, we'll be back! ❤️

The staff made our stay at Purana Resort especially good. They were warm, quick to help, and arranged rides to and from the ferry. We also rented a scooter through the hotel for our whole visit. Villa 11 was lovely and roomy, with a mini fridge and microwave. There isn’t much within walking distance, so we needed the scooter to explore. The beach nearby is rocky and the tides limit swimming. Even so, this was a once-in-a-lifetime stay, and we’d love to return.

The resort’s small size made the service feel personal. With around 15 rooms and villas, the staff learned our names and what we liked, and they were always welcoming and attentive. We had a private pool and found it wonderfully relaxing. The restaurant food was very good, and the massages were excellent, though both cost a little more than places outside the resort. Rides to excursions or restaurants were free, and renting a scooter there was easy. A lovely place to unwind and feel well looked after.
