I was really happy staying here. The small house by the river is a lovely place to unwind and recharge. The management and staff were friendly and helpful. Food and drinks are limited, and only available until 9 pm. You can rent a bicycle for 80 baht a day to explore Ko Kret and enjoy the weekend market.

The patio has several places to sit and relax, and the scenery is spectacular. It’s a calm, peaceful spot, with the center easy to reach by bike. Tukta kept checking whether we needed anything and made sure we were comfortable. We’ll definitely come back.

The islanders are friendly, and I could stop to ask for directions whenever I needed them while cycling. An elderly woman even called out to invite me for a meal. The dogs may sniff and follow you because they want to play, but they aren’t aggressive and don’t bite. I came here alone and felt a little nervous, but as soon as I arrived it felt like coming home. The elderly gentleman who owns the place is fun to chat with, and P' Tukata, the caretaker, is so friendly. You really should get a massage when you arrive. P' Moo Noi is incredibly skilled and finds every sore spot. I’ve already picked this as my own vacation home. Everything feels perfect.

The room was 1,500 baht a night with breakfast included, rice porridge as pictured. It was peaceful, with waves at night and boats in the morning, and the air felt nice. The place is beautifully decorated and well equipped: clean accommodation and bathroom, towels, two bottles of water, bathroom soap, a hairdryer, and bicycles to borrow for exploring the island. There’s a convenience store a short walk from the street. I went with a friend who has mobility issues and struggled getting on and off the boat. We told the admin, who responded really well, and the caretaker was very helpful too. We were very impressed.
