Don't try to ride a scooter down the trail. Take the taxi truck, it's about 10 minutes and costs 100 baht each. The walk to the beach is a solid 45 minutes down a very steep, dangerous path, so don't try to save the fare. That said, the spot is unbelievable and absolutely worth it: clear water, white sand, and not too many people. The viewpoint is beyond the taxi truck ride. We walked the 45 minutes to the beach instead of taking the truck, and missed it. Big mistake. There's a restaurant, though it was too crowded for us to order. The prices and food looked reasonable and good.

It's a clean, nice place, and most of the beach has soft sand. Watch out for rocks at the far left, though, they could cut your feet. I got a beer at the entrance shop for 80 b., which seemed very reasonable. You can take a motorbike part of the way, then the rough road means an off-road vehicle has to take you the rest of the way to the beach. It costs 100 b., and I thought it was well worth it.

The beach is lovely, but getting there takes some effort. After parking your motorbike in the designated spot, you have about a 2.6 km walk, and it can be tiring.

The hike from the trailhead to Bottle Beach point took us 1 hour and 40 minutes. It was a little tough, but really enjoyable. The beach itself was a bit of a letdown, though. The nearby beaches are much more special. If you like hiking, definitely do the walk, but I wouldn't especially recommend the beach.

The beach is clean, with soft sand and breathtaking views between two forest-covered mountains. It's such a peaceful, beautiful spot for a day of swimming, and the nearby restaurants are good for lunch or dinner. You can relax here with food and drinks as well. Getting there takes some planning. We were staying on the south side of the island, opposite this area, so we rented a car. Others came by motorbike. The final stretch of road is difficult without four-wheel drive, though 4-wheel drive taxis are available for about 100 THB per person. The ride is a little adventure in itself, and I saw some people arrive by boat. I'd highly recommend visiting.
