Crystal white sand resort

We booked in December for an April 15 arrival, only to be told our room had been given to someone else. They only have 6 rooms, so I don’t understand how that happened. We’d overpaid for a driver to take us to the "Resort"; he left after dropping us off, and then we found out we had nowhere to stay. It was 104f, but when we asked for water, we were told they had none to give us because we weren’t staying. They wouldn’t help us get a taxi, so we had to walk to find somewhere else. It ended up costing us double what we’d paid for this place. I wouldn’t recommend staying here or even trying to book it. After weeks traveling all over Thailand, this was the first person I’d met who was so incredibly awful. Maybe we’d just been lucky, but until we got to Crystal White Sand "Resort", we thought all thai people were incredible.

There are better and worse bungalows, but at least it’s right on the beach. The owner shouted at me when I asked to switch rooms.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and we had a lovely stay. We really enjoyed it!

I’d booked a week, but on day two they said I had to leave because they’d also sold my room to other people. They were arrogant, indifferent, and rude, and didn’t even apologize. A terrible experience. Absolutely avoid!
