For such a short stop before our flight from USM, we couldn’t use the lovely-looking pool, but the rest of the stay was great. The room was spacious, with a separate living room and bedroom like a suite, plus a full-size fridge and kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and smelled amazing, and we slept really well. A friendly woman welcomed us warmly and spoke good English. She arranged an early morning airport transfer, then rescheduled it when we realized our original timing was off. The owners have an eye for small details, too: the first sheet of toilet paper was folded into a little mouse. I haven’t even seen that at fancy five-star hotels in Bangkok. Super cute. It felt like a hidden gem, especially for the price.

The room was very clean, with fresh towels each day, air conditioning, and no trouble with insects getting inside. The staff were super friendly, and we loved our stay at this nice, local-feeling, unique hotel. Recommended.

The bed mattress sagged badly and was very dirty, and there were huge cockroaches in the bathroom. The air conditioning only blew warm air, even though they acted like they were fixing it. They wouldn’t move us to another room, despite having rooms available. I don’t recommend staying here, especially with children.

We had a small baby with us, and the room became extremely uncomfortable because the air conditioning didn’t work. It was hard to breathe. When we told the receptionist that evening, she neither apologized nor tried to fix the problem. Instead, she said we could cancel and leave the accommodation. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. It felt as though the high number of tourists meant there was little interest in giving guests good service or basic comfort. A very disappointing experience.

A quiet hotel with a nice pool for relaxing, clean rooms, a comfortable bed, and friendly staff. It’s a hidden gem close to Chaweng. For nightlife, the walking street is a 5-minute taxi ride or a 20-minute walk away. Highly recommended :)
