Delight Resort

If you’re here for the full moon party, the location is hard to beat. It’s a 2-5 minute walk to the beach, but far enough away that you can sleep with earplugs. The rooms are very basic and have no views, though the A/C is decent and everything works. What really stands out is the service: staff are super friendly and helpful, clean the rooms, and quickly fixed a burned out lightbulb. They also have deals on moped rentals and offer ferry transfers. Highly recommend!

This sweet little Hotel is tucked away down an Alleyway, with beach access along a long paved walkway. The Reception Staff are 10/10 and the pool is perfect. We had a comfortable bed. We’ve seen a lot of beaches over the years, since we collect them the way other people collect souvenirs, and the nearby one is among the most Beautiful we’ve come across. Loved this little nook of Koh Phangan!

The room had everything I needed, including hot water, cozy mattresses, and a tea and coffee set. I especially liked having secure parking for my scooter, which put me at ease. It was spotlessly clean, and the staff were kind, friendly, and welcoming. The location is just a short walk from the main street, but the surroundings are quiet and peaceful. A wonderful place for a relaxing stay, and I highly recommend it.

Bit embarrassing, I booked Delight Resort on booking.com thinking my dates covered the recent full moon party, then realised I'd booked October instead of August. 😂 We only made it as far as reception, but the staff were so thoughtful and kind. They quietly offered a full refund with no charge, even though the booking terms didn't technically allow one. I'm really grateful for how they handled it. If the rest of the place is anything like that hospitality, it must be well worth staying at.
