The front desk manager was the worst part. Whenever I raised a problem or made a request, she spoke like a robot and said I could go to the police if I didn’t like her answer. Is that normal? For three days in a row, nobody cleaned my room or changed the towels, even after I asked several times. The bed sheets were covered in disgusting stains, and the shower head didn’t work at all. Stay away if you don’t want your vacation ruined. I wouldn’t even call this a hotel, and I strongly would not recommend it.

The twin room setup was good, with one bed upstairs and the other downstairs, separate from each other. Great location, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I’d definitely return.

Friendly, helpful staff and a great location, but I only stayed one night. My room smelled like sewage coming from a drain, and there were lots of bugs in it.

There was no atmosphere or anyone around, and construction right next to the building made sleep impossible. Trucks and excavators started work at 5 a.m. every day. When we complained, the staff brushed us off and wouldn’t let us cancel. The breakfast was bad, the place wasn’t very clean, and it all felt neglected. One of the worst hostel stays I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The place was really comfortable to stay in, and the staff were great. Reception helped us with everything.
