I paid 80€ for three nights but only stayed one, because the place was so unpleasant. The owner kept the rest of my money and didn’t seem to care why I left. The photos don’t match the reality. There was no cleaning, bar, or restaurant, despite the advertised facilities. The owner gave me no arrival advice and made no effort to welcome me, seeming to care only about money. Maintenance was poor and the bathroom disgusting. The room door was very easy to open, and I could hear everything from the next room. I also paid for laundry in advance, but my clothes came back still smelly and not clean. The place isn’t worth what I paid. The owner needs to care about maintenance, cleaning, and customers. The attitude was disrespectful.

It was a really quiet beach spot, with nice small bungalows. Some are right on the beach, which is great. The facilities are basic, but the price is good. We were there for the full moon party and it wasn’t crowded. A Fan room was 400 Baht, amazing for that view. I highly recommend it.

The owner was nice, and the bungalows were very good for a fair price. It’s quite remote, so you need a bike, which they can provide. There are fan and AC bungalows, and the AC ones also have a fridge. For 500, that’s a bargain. Small beach Ban Khai is right in front.

After checking various places around the island by motorbike, this was the best value we found. The owners were helpful and fair, and didn’t seem to be constantly chasing profit. The bungalow was amazing and right on the beach, at a really affordable price. Don’t miss the sunsets from the terrace with a cheeky drink.

The terrace view was breathtaking, and the room was directly on the beach. I was there for full moon and wanted to keep costs down, and the price was unbeatable. The air conditioning worked really well, and the room was clean, though nothing special inside. I’d stay again, definitely. It’s only seven minutes to the full moon party. I wouldn’t consider the other room type, only the air-conditioned sea-view room. It’s a two-star hotel with five-star views. My one concern was that there was no sheet between me and the blanket, and I’m almost certain the blankets aren’t washed between guests, so I bought my own sheet in town.
